There IS NO admin.cgi file. It just plain doesn't exist. It's kind of like saying
you can't find the "Registry" file in Windows. Sure, the registry is stored
somewhere, but there is no "Registry file". In the case of IMail, the web messaging
program sees "/admin.cgi", and starts doing stuff. It's part of a program, not an
HTML file.
