Got it,
I just want to know is someone experience a similar problem.
The administrative functions fails, i just see a blank page, I can't change
the password, I can't use user administration, alias administration, etc.
Can you help me?

like saying you can't find the "Registry" file in Windows. Sure, the
registry is stored somewhere, but there is no "Registry file". In the case
of IMail, the web messaging program sees "/admin.cgi", and starts doing
stuff. It's part of a program, not an HTML file.
