Did it only happen once, or has it happened more often? If it happens several times,
you may want to check your spool directory and see if there is a file in there that is
a half-generated HTML page. When I got web messaging to crash, there was such a file
there. If there is, you can look at it and likely determine if a specific E-mail
message is at fault.
I found that a message that showed up as "unable to display message" would crash if
someone had the preview pane enabled. That was with 6.03, but may (or may not!) have
been fixed in v6.04.
