We've been receiving numerous reports from our users that they are
experiencing difficulty deleing mail in web messaging, either by
checking/selecting the message from the list or by using the delete option
while reading a message, they're getting an error that states "Failed
Action". In most of these users we've worked with, a cache/history clean out
seems to help, but for most it seems a temporary fix, for some it makes no
difference at all.
Myself nor our Helpdesk has been able to duplicate this issue.
In each case IE 5 was the browser being used, we've seen several different
versions in the 5 family with the same issue. We recently upgraded to Imail
V6.04.
Any comments, suggestions greatly appreciated.
