Brian,
I ran into this problem also.
It was working in 6.03, so I got the older version of imap from the good
tech support folks at IPSwitch, and it has been working fine ever since.
Here is the name of the guy I got the file from:
Chris Salvati
Technical Support Engineer

If you want I can send you the file and instructions straight to you.

Subject: Re: [IMail Forum] Update 6,02 - 6,04
All,
We think (still working on it) we've found that after an upgrade from
6.03 to 6.04 that Eudora (from 4.2 up to 5.0) no longer displays html
messages correctly when they're served up from iMail 6.04 (at least
in imap mode), even messages it can render just fine from another host
(including iMail 6.03). Other clients (Outlook Express, the iMail web
client) also render the messages fine, even from iMail 6.04.
Has anyone else seen this?
Thanks,
Brian
