What kind of "trouble" is this?
I notice the same problem connecting to gateway3.pepsi.com that you have, so it is
likely down. However, IMail will go to the next mail server in the list if one of
them is down.
Are the messages bouncing? Are they not getting sent quickly? Or are they just
disappearing?
