I'll try to answer your questions to explain my case:

I am using Imail database.

Do you mean the "SMTP AUTH reporting" or which!!!
If it's SMTP AUTH reporting then it's cleared by default. the clients did
nothing in their outlook express because I am too I cannot access my mail
using the outlook express, and I did nothing due to that

I tried to copy you this part of log file or attached it to you but I failed
because of its size
