yes, it should be checked and your users should use SMTP AUTH to
relay mail through you.

Excepttionllay, I don't have much time right now, but I scanned
through it and nothing looks bad. There are even some successful SMTP
AUTH logins, but I can't see where your users are failing. Sorry not
to have time to help you.
