In an effort to prevent spamming, I have required SMTP Authentication and
allowed relay only from domain users. The problem I now have seems to only
happen with Netscape Messenger and not with MS Outlook or OE (our other
email client). When our users wish to send mail, a dialogue box pops up
asking for User ID and Password. When the users put it in, the box pops
back up again. The only way I have been able to solve this was to restart
the SMTP process. Does anyone have any idea as to what is causing this. I
have checked the prefs and they all look good ,but is there somthing I'm
missing?
