I had this problem on one machine I upgraded recently. Try checking the
available disk space. Also, try rebooting the server before applying the
upgrade (you have to reboot to make the new settings active
anyway)....~Steve>

Here's one.  What would keep the Imail 6.04 upgrade (downloaded from online)
from installing.  It just sits there at the checking "iadmin.exe" spot.  If
I leave the upgrade running long enough, the process eventually consumes the
system resources.
