If their server is rejecting the messages due to a reverse lookup problem 
then your DNS needs to be configured properly.  Their mail server will 
query the DNS to make sure whatever IP address the email came from is 
valid.  If they can't find a reverse lookup for the DNS, PTR record for 
that IP address, the email will be rejected.
