[IMail Forum] IMail Web Messaging Hangs When No Mail in Mailbox

I am resending this to the group in the hopes that someone can help:

I have one client with a domain setup who when he or anyone else with an
email account under this domain goes to web messaging and no email is there
for them the messaging system hangs on their end and times out. It hangs at
the menu script. If however they put in a bad password it responds
immediately or if mail is waiting it responds immediately.

Any ideas???
