or names in the address book. If I look in their individual directories, all the files are there. However, when you logon using the browser client, the mailboxes are empty and so is the address list. Any thoughts? We were having problems earlier with the DNS routing emails but that has been resolved...or so I thought. Any insight would be helpful.
