I now know for sure that this problem is being caused by external
forces. In the past two days, my Web Messaging has consumed 100% CPU at
7:30am, 8:00am, and 4:45pm - not exactly script-kiddie hours. Are there
browsers out there that are known to crash Web Messaging? How might I
research this further?
