I had problems with Imail 6.02 and 100% util when running NAV on the same 
server.  NAV had to go.  No problems since then and I still have PCA online 
with 6.04

Another thing to check, if someone is trying to password hack a user, you 
will get 100% or so util.  The server will slow to a crawl and you will 
have a slew of failed user logins.
