Same story with ours. Our staff has used web messaging
extensively since January with little to no ill effects,
and we intend to expand it to freemail usage shortly.
However, the CPU issue started causing problems about
two weeks ago. Working with tech support at both
the colocation facility and with Ipswitch, we concluded
that using the search functionality of iwebmsg.exe on a
mailbox with over 800 messages causes the CPU usage to spike.
According to Ipswitch, they are already aware of the problem
and intend to have a fix as part of 6.05, just in time for
our planned rollout.
Apparently, putting on 6.04c does not fix the problem.

Mine has been very stable for months until last week which seems to be a
common theme. I will however be upgrading to Imail 6.04 with Imail604exe
and imailwebpatch604c.exe patches on Wednesday.

9.2. All very stable.
