There is just one other piece of information we need to know:  On the second line 
(right after where it is broken), is the first character a space or a tab?  If so, 
IMail (or another mail server in the chain, if there are any) decided to split the 
line (which is acceptable).

If there isn't a space or a tab, it's a bug.

Someone had reported a month or so ago a similar issue where a really long Subject 
line would get split into two lines.
