OK, that is definitely a problem. If it *does* split a line, it has to be at a
whitespace character (kind of like word wrap). So if it stops in the middle of one
recipient, something is going wrong.

Actually, it sounds like it might be the same problem.

That's what it sounds like. Have you checked to see how many characters are there,
before the split? The maximum that is allowed (on one line) is 512 characters -- if
you have 30 recipients, and have their name as well as E-mail address, that could be
the problem. In that case, the E-mail client should be splitting it into several
lines (with a space or tab on the subsequent lines, indicating that it is a
continuation of the first line).
