When it can't deliver mail, what's in the Imail log AND what's in
your Unix maillog file? What do you run as the MTA that Imail talks to?

What firewall do you run? Is it a stateful packet filter? Can you
turn on logging of blocked packets and see if it is logging blocks
for the Imail ip?

good conclusion. That's why I said to turn on your firewall's
logging of blocked packets and grep for his Imail ip address.

Now go look at the firewall logs. There's really nothing the Imail
machine can do or change but just be stanard SMTP MTA as we all know
it does very well.
