Do you mean as a relay for other mail servers?   If so, do you have 
this set up as a controlled relay  (using "relay for ip addresses" + 
NT hosts file) or as an "open relay" (relay for anyone or relay for 
local hosts/users).

If you are an open relay, perhaps, uh, certainly some spammer(s) are 
relaying through you.

Your imail sysMMDD.txt log file will show you the from/to for all 
mails.  Make sure either the "mail from: @sender" or "rcpt to: 
@recipient" addresses contain a hostname for which you are an agreed relayer.

If you do not recognize the relayed mail as to/from your relay 
servers, you're being spammed.
