Fortunately this one isn't too bright, so I can take out
1 or 2 dialup class C's with that ISP and keep him
confused until he gets kicked off from 1 to 3 days later. Since he
hasn't started stealing long distance service
yet, he is limited to whatever POPs are in his area.
It also looks like his harvesting software checks for the equivalent of
a "nobody" user before it launches into the guessing game, so I should be
able to foil it that way also.
