I have tried doing what the knowledge base article suggests in order to fix
the WHOIS monitor, but that has met with no success.  Prior to trying to get
Ipswitch Technical Support involved, I first wanted to see if anyone else
has run into this issue, and, if so, if they were able to solve the issue
and how.  I am running IMail 6.04 on Windows 2000 Advanced Server.
