Can we see one or two including full headers and errog msgs?? If you
want help, we can't know enough from your vague descriptions.

Look in the imailhome\spool\sysMMDD.txt log file to see if Imail
delivered the msgs. The interesting lines for Imail sending mail are
the "SMTP-" line.
If not delivered, what are the SMTP error msgs?

Look in the logs and compare successful and unsuccessful sending.
