[IMail Forum] Question

I have user complaining that his attachments are downloading really slow. I
told him this is a bandwidth issue between their network and ours but, I
just wanted to check and be sure. Does imail have settings which may prevent
the attachment from getting to the user properly? Is there a special way
Imail stores attachments that may cause a delay?
