Yes, I get the same thing. What happens, and I don't know why, Imail
accepts the message, then creates a .smd file, but no corresponding .smp
file so the message dies in the queue. We recently had a problem with
Ameritech after a user of ours spammed them. They checked our relay, and
they called it a smtp sponge. It makes the relay request look like it went
through, but the message dies in the spool. In our case, it will disappear
in three days when the spool is purged.
