Hi Song,

IMail is not a Cluster aware application so it will not take advantage of
this type of configuration. By using shared storage of a cluster the best
you will be able to do is low maintenance failover which does not retain
state but maintains service.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Installing iMail 6.04 on Windows 2000 Advanced
Server Cluster

Hi all,

Just to check if anyone here has ever install iMail 6.04 on Windows 2000
Advanced Server or similar environment and configure iMail 6.04 to take
advantage of the fail-over redundancy that Windows 2000 Advanced Server
Clustering is providing.

I am having problem for fail-over (second) server taking over once if I
shutdown the first server which iMail resides even though I have configure
the fail-over server registry to replicate the iMail server.

Please help.

Thanks,
Song.
