[IMail Forum] SMTP gateway

Hello I was working on trying to setup the Imail server to act as a backup for a 
domain and followed the instructions like the manual said and the online knowledge 
base but I still get this 
220 X1 NT-ESMTP Server mail.xxxxxxxx.com (IMail 6.05 5-1)
MAIL FROM test@localhost
250 ok
RCPT TO [EMAIL PROTECTED]
550 not local host xxx.com, not a gateway
I have the host name setup in the host file pointing to the IP just like they said but 
it aint wanting to let it work.
