Yves,

Being that each list is so small, I cannot see where this would cause any
more load on IMail than a smaller number of lists with more users on each.
If anything, it is likely to be lower loads as all sales people is not
sending to his list, all at the same time. However, if you do intend to send
the message to all lists at the same time, that would mean 500 messages in
the queue at that time. Not a problem, but IMail will only be able to handle
30 at a time (MaxQueProc) so some will be sent ASAP and others will have to
wait for resources to free up, so may not be delivered as quickly.

As each list is modified, I'd set the Number of Recipients, to the number of
users on that list (or greater). This would cause that list to generate only
a single message file, to be sent to all the users on that list, not to
exceed setting of 2000.

I think I'd create one more list, of the Sales Peoples address, then send
the message to that list, so they can then send a modified version to their
individual list.

One could also use Aliases of the List type as long as the number of
addresses is less than 50 on each alias and none 'calls' another alias. (In
this case, you would not have an alias for the Sales people [that would
still be a list server]).
