[IMail Forum] Can not delete messages, download fails

Imail list,

I have a client that can not delete messages via web messaging, in addition
his POP
download locks up with Outlook. I logged onto web messaging as the client
and in fact can not delete messages.

What should I do? Is this a common problem.
