[IMail Forum] Remote host said: 550 : User unknown

I'm getting this error:

Remote host said: 550 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: User unknown

I have followed the instructions listed in this kb article:

And I still get the error... I can vrfy the user via telnet, all my domain
aliases are correct, and my host file only resolves to local host
(127.0.0.1)
