I was sending it from the account, and I typed the address in by hand, no
copy paste.... and I did it a ton of times! so the chances that I typed it
in wrong every time, are pretty slim... and I did try it again just now
making SURE that wasn't the issue, and I had the same results.

Are you sure the sender has the address right?  The only way to
answer the question is to look in the imail spool\sysMMDD.txt log
file and see what is being presented to Imail by the sender, and what
Imail responds with.

A common pb: the user copy/pastes the address from some header or
wherever like this to his outgoing msg:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

or

<[EMAIL PROTECTED]

... with the imbalanced brackets.  Most mail servers won't accept
that because the imbalance is illegal formatn. This error will show
up in the imail logs. I've seen it myself, I've DONE this error myself.
