[IMail Forum] antivirus software?

Dear Imail staff, 

   I am running Imail 6.04 with unlimited number of users. I had a person in the 
community send a email out that had a virus on it.
Is there software that you would recommend to run on my Imail server?
I would appreciate your advise on this matter.
