Oops, sorry everyone, I meant to send that last post directly to RON......my
BAD.

Thanks again Ron. And everyone for all the quick and accurate answers.
This forum has been very helpful for an ex ISP who has been out of the
business for 18+ months and needs to brush up. It's amazing how much I
forgot!

Two methods:

1) Create a trailer.txt file in the IMail directory... it will be appended
to all outgoing plain-text messages (not html messages) that aren't going to
recipients on your server. See
http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19990601-DM02.htm for more details. This
is a server-wide trailer, so every virtual domain will have it.

2) Our Killer templates have a domain-specific trailer feature that appends
a configurable message to all mail sent via the web interface.

Hope this helps,
Ron
