Same thing happens.
I turn on the mail relay for addresses (and then I put all the local
addresses, including the servers) and:
1) if I have checked the client's Requires Auth, I get the TCP/IP error
2) if I dont have it checked, I get the "not a gateway" error.
I have both the Reporting and the Verify boxes UNCHECKED in Imail SMTP
Security on the server.
