[IMail Forum] Does the latest IMAIL version fix any of the SMTP Security issues?

I am running into way to many spam problems and was interested in the
progress of the imail email server.  Has the latest version upgrade improved
the performance of the smtp process in a way that makes it reliable and
effective?
