It is fairly easy to run an NT box without a keyboard/mouse... Using PCAnywhere with the proper security procedures & firewalling suffices quite well. There are also other options (VNC) if you don't like PCAW. Unplugging the mouse & keyboard will cause the box to complain when it's booted, but the complaint is harmless. IIS has web admin built in so that's not a major issue either, but I recommend using PCAW rather than web based admin for IIS... our experience is that the web based admin is a bit flaky at times.

P.S. Highly recommend different boxes for IMail & IIS.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Make NT an appliance?

Does anyone know of a good way to use a NT box like an appliance? IE - run without any keyboard or mouse or monitor, and admin through a browser? Imail is taken care of, but has anyone seen some kind of web admin for IIS? Also Is there a place on the IPSwitch site to download the IRAdmin.exe? I know you can get it from your install directory, but I do not have access to the server for the next week or so....

Thanks in advance.
