hmm, isn't that MX 20 is already doing?? Do you mean you have an MX
20 w/o having a real box at MX 20?

build the mail server at .80. If it's an Imail server, then 1) it
has to be set up as a relay server for the 30 domains and 2) in DNS,
your 2nd Imail is secondary MX record for his domain.
In your 2nd Imail server, SMTP security, relay for ip addresses, add .200
In your NT hosts file, add a line for each of the 30 domains: ip + domain.
In DNS, it looks like you're already setup, in the 30 zone files:
@ MX 10 Imail1.com
@ MX 20 Imail2.com
