I use three rules, which are quite effictive

B~.*=.*exe.*
B~.*=.*pif.*
B~.*=.*vbs.*

These leave nothing to chance and will catch everything ie
<anything/nothing>=<anything/nothing>.exe<anything/nothing>
<anything/nothing>=<anything/nothing>.pif<anything/nothing>
<anything/nothing>=<anything/nothing>.vbs<anything/nothing>
