DUL - Dial Up Line. I saw software at Staples the other day for $35 to
enable one to call up AOL or your ISP (if he's clueless) and spam to
your heart's content. Turns your PC into its own mail server. So it's no
wonder dialup providers are starting to lock down SMTP traffic which
doesn't go through the "official" mail server.
