Hi,
We are looking for a way to customize IMail so that whenever a user sends
out an email it requires them to enter in a project number as one of the
fields.
We are also looking to be able to archive each email into a project
directory somehow. The best solution would be for each outgoing and incoming
email to have a prompt and enable the user to browse to that project's
directory and save a copy of the email there.
Another less desirable solution would be for copies of the emails to be
automatically forwarded to a secondary destination where they could then be
sorted by someone through the project number field and placed in the proper
directory.
If anyone knows of any sites, or anything that has already been developed
that might be solutions to these issues I would appreciate the information.
