I re-phrase better the question: when does use External User Database, the Message Preview, in web mail doesn't work, does a solution exist to the problem? It seems me impossible that there are no solutions. It seems to me weird, that nobody has an answer, positive and negative. p.s. to avoid of to write uses internal User Database, thanks.
