Almost certainly your firewall. What port do you access you mailserver on? http://mail.domain.com:8383?
Port 8383 is not a standard port that is open by default on firewalls. You have two options: Open port 8383 on the firewall for that one IP address or make the IMAIL web server port 80(If you surf fine, this should work).

Subject: [IMail Forum] Web Messaging

I am a newcomer to this list, so excuse me if this subject has been covered.

My users cannot access Web Messaging from outside our LAN. I am not sure if this is because I have mis-configured IMail or because of our newly-installed firewall. We can use Web Messaging at our offices, but nowhere else.

Any suggestions?
