certainly your firewall. What port do you access you mailserver on? http://mail.domain.com:8383?
Port
8383 is not a standard port that is open by default on firewalls. You have two
options: Open port 8383 on the firewall for that one IP address or make the
IMAIL web server port 80(If you surf fine, this should
work).
