We have a client that claims that he gets every email sent to him multiple times (claims 100). I sent at test email to one of  his accounts and administrator shows only on mail message in his mailbox. The client is outlook and I presume their maybe a settings issue with such. I also know that he pulls mail through a proxy server which may be the culprit. Any ideas would be appreciated.
