Periklis,

There are several articles in the KB that may be of help and I suggest you
start there. It would also help if you tell us what version of IMail you are
running, and what Web MSG templates are in use. Using V5 templates with
V6.0x, can give problems of this nature.

You probably don't need to reboot, either. Just stop/start the Web MSG
service and it will likely work again.

Web Log files (W1 and W2, 1 being Web Admin, 2, Web MSG) can also tell more
about waht is happening just before the service goes 100%, if you can
indicate the time at which it starts. The logs might just stop updating when
this happens, too.

Happy Holidays!

Subject: [IMail Forum] wegmsg service caused 100% CPU utilization

Hi to All
I noticed, couple of days ago, that Webmsg service has riched 100%
utilization I reboot and all seem fine now. I checked for server attack but
I didn't find any.
I want to ask if enyone had the same problem with my server to give me with
some ideas with actions which I have to take in order to minimize the
possibility this problem to appear in the future.

Thank you In advance
