FYI, the reverse DNS for 216.97.206.33 looks suspiciously like a dialup
line, and the whois for 216.97.206.33 shows an ISP (mpinet) that has 32
class C's.  It's highly unlikely that any more spam will come from that one
specific IP (if so, it could be a static IP account, in which case you can
complain to mpinet).  If mpinet doesn't care that its customers are
spamming, you would want to block all their IPs (216.97.192.0 through
216.97.223.255), rather than just that one.
