You actually do have them in there all the time, it's just that the usually
disappear very quickly. It appears as though when you installed Declude,
you sent those test messages before the IMail SMTP service started back
up. For some reason, it took a while to shut down (perhaps there was an
existing SMTP connection from a slow link that took a while to end).

They should get sent. The log file should show what happened when you
tried to send them (search for the queue file name, minus the first
character and extension).
FYI, in web messaging or the IMail Administrator, if you click "Send all"
(or start smtp32.exe -qr -x), only *1* message will get sent
initially. Once that E-mail is sent, it starts another one. If you want
to send a bunch of messages quickly, you need to click on the "Send All"
button or start the smtp32.exe a number of times.
