Buying, installing and paying for hosting another machine is not an option. 
This issue is only for a few months until I am done with my contract with 
this company. My proposal is like one of those public proxy servers like 
anonymizer.com where they come between you as the client and the destination 
site. I want the web server to accept my requests on port80 and passes them 
along to Imail web server (on the same machine) on a different port and 
passes the response back to me. So in effect for the company's firewall, I 
am using only port 80 to the outside world.

I understood this. You can move the web server to a second
         machine and change Imail to port 80.. I do not believe you
         have an alternative. I have never heard of a port sharing
         of two different web servers on one machine. This is the
         answer to your original question.
