You can, as server admin or as host/domain admin for the domain where
the list is, edit the mailing list in the Imail web admin. Or you
can do it in the Imail admin control panel GUI. But they are going to
have to give you, probably no mindreader, a clue to the name or
domain they used to subscribe with.
??? Can't they see the RCPT T0: or X-RCPT TO: in the headers of a list msg?
