He is using MS Outlook - same as I. Headers are shown in full.

Hm - isn't that inserted by the RECEIVING SMTP server, possibly only if the
RCPT TO doesn't match the "TO:" header? Could be wrong, but that would
explain why the line appears inconsistently!
