Limiting recipients to 3 will inconvenience legitimate users. This
looks like 2 separate dictionary address harvesters. Short of IMGate, the
only solution I've found is to block those class C's from the router to
the mail server. This can sometimes be many class C's for a single
person. Combine this with complaining to the network provider and
selectively enabling the 'nobody' account and they seem to go away
eventually.
Turning on the 'nobody' account in mid scan poisons their guaranteed
millions CDs with millions of bogus addresses...we may have to deal with
the millions of addresses later, but the spam delivery will stand out like
a sore thumb with all those bad addresses. --
